Thank you for your purchase from WULILI.

This policy covers returns, exchanges and refunds for our goods.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive your item.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Damages caused by customer misuse, improper installation or self‑modification are not eligible for return. Custom‑made and personalized items cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please send an email to xinwulili@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will respond within 3‑5 business days and provide you with return instructions.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fee is non‑refundable. Do not send items back without receiving our return instruction.

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will approve or deny your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7‑10 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method via LianLian Global. Please allow extra bank processing time for funds to show in your account.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please provide photos within 7 calendar days upon delivery. We will offer replacement, partial refund or full refund for qualified cases.

NON‑REFUNDABLE CASES
‑ Items damaged by customer misuse, improper installation.
‑ Return request submitted after 30‑day return window.
‑ Custom‑made or personalized products.
‑ Goods without original packaging.
